Products
We aim to describe and photograph our footwear accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings. Handmade or embellished footwear may also have minor natural variations that do not affect normal use. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Sizing
Please use our Size Guide before ordering. Fit can vary between styles and individual feet. If a size is unsuitable, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price and any delivery charge shown at checkout before you place the order will apply. We may change prices for future orders at any time.
An order is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and provide any refund due.
Delivery
Delivery services, charges and estimated timings are set out on our Delivery Information page and at checkout. Delivery aims are estimates unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. These terms do not remove any rights you have under UK consumer law.
