Desi Step delivers footwear across the United Kingdom and selected European Union destinations. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
United Kingdom
Standard Tracked Delivery — £4.99: for qualifying orders below the current free-delivery threshold. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service. Royal Mail's delivery aim for Tracked 48 is 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery aims are not guarantees and some postcode areas may take longer.
Free Standard Tracked Delivery: currently available on qualifying UK orders of £50 or more. We are reviewing this threshold and the amount shown at checkout when you order will apply.
Express Tracked Delivery — £6.99: we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or an equivalent express tracked service. Royal Mail's delivery aim for Tracked 24 is the next working day from dispatch. This is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed service.
UK delivery includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Certain remote postcode areas may take longer.
European Union
EU Tracked Delivery — £14.99: we use a tracked international service. Royal Mail International Tracked generally aims to deliver to Europe in around 3–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery times can vary by destination and customs processing.
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges imposed by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.
Dispatch and delays
Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed. If a product has a different lead time, we will communicate this where appropriate. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, but if there is a problem with a delivery please contact us and we will assist with the carrier.
